Natasha is an award-winning entertainment and intellectual property lawyer

Natasha has a wide breadth of experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts for movie and music producers, authors, artists, actors, and musicians whose work appear in film, television, new media and beyond. Natasha has extensive experience with sophisticated agreements and intimately understands the process and requirements for film, television, new media, literary rights, the video game industry, and technology. Her work as an Attorney of Business and Legal Affairs, Music Supervisor, Post-Production Supervisor, and Co-Producer for feature films distributed globally demonstrate her passion for filmmaking and team work.


Natasha is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal and judiciary field, and in the community at large. Her work on diversity, equity, and inclusion, technology, writing, speaking, and leadership includes her work with many different organizations. Natasha has worked with California Women Lawyers as a former Governor on the Board of Governors, former Newsletter Editor, former Chair of the Technology Committee, and authored various articles. Natasha is active in the Contra Costa County Bar Association (CCCBA) in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the CCCBA’s Technology, Website and Communications Committee, the Wellness Committee, past President of the CCCBA Women's Section (2010), and past board member of the Barrister’s Section. Additionally, Natasha is an active member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of Silicon Valley - organizations that promote the professional growth of lawyers and jurists in the Asian American and minority communities.

Natasha utilized her fluency in French at an internship at a French intellectual property and business law firm in Marseille, France, where she had the opportunity to attend court proceedings and learn firsthand about the French legal and judicial system, corporate structure and dealmaking, and intellectual property issues.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Natasha graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Biochemistry, Minor in French and worked as a biochemist for several biotechnology companies. Her biotech work included research of pharmaceutical and medical devices going through various stages of clinical trials for FDA approval. She has extensive first-hand knowledge of the regulatory procedures and process for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Natasha is an avid literati, art and music lover, photographer, painter, Francophile, world traveler, bread baker, knitter, hiker, swimmer, runner of 5Ks, and lover of the great outdoors!

Fluent in French and conversational in Bahasa Indonesia.
