The law is often regarded as being rigid, exacting, and demanding, whereas art is thought to be loose and free. Lawyers and artists seem to be on opposite sides of the spectrum; however, artistic lawyers are finding balance and wellness combining the two disciplines. Mental health concerns are on the rise in the legal field and art therapy may be a tool for combating stress, anxiety, and depression amongst lawyers.
